About Us

Jasper Meats Inc. is named after a dear family member, Jasper Cali, who inspired both of the founders to continue his legacy in the meat business. Jasper Cali began as a “meat peddler” in 1948, working on Randolph Street and Fulton Street, delivering meat products throughout Chicago. This business was named after him by his daughter and son-in-law, Stan and Janice Pajerski. You may see Jasper trucks driving around the Chicago area, with our own “Jasper” holding a tray of meats in his hand. Of course, they are the finest in the city! He wouldn’t have it any other way!!!

Got to get here for the deals on quality meat and products. Super nice and helpful staff. Come early because the best stuff sells out first. Better yet come at noon so I have time to get there in the morning and have a better chance of scoring what I need.

Whole sale meats at a MORE THAN affordable price?! This is my kind of place! Jasper’s is a hidden gym that I almost feel guilty writing about because it seems like I’m giving away a secret! I see that some Yelpers have been writing about the “long lines” and “crowds”… Okay well what do you expect when this place is only open to the public on SATURDAY from 8:00am-1:00pm?! Yes, it can get crowded and you might have to wait 5 minutes in line but its worth it, so stop complaining and grab some sausage samples while you wait.

Everything and anything from Pork brains to Filets is available at Jasper’s and the quality here is top notch. Bulk is best at Jasper’s so make sure you stock up, you won’t be disappointed!
